We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these. Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible with the specification and descriptions of the product offered for sale - we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

YOUR WARRANTY TO US You, the buyer warrant that all details provided by telephone or e-mail for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the goods.
OUR WARRANTY TO YOU The details you supply will be stored on computer and used soley by Cardigan Limited, to service your purchase. We may also use your contact details to provide details of future events such as newsletters and other information relating to the sale of Cardigan’s products. You can choose whether or not you want to receive further information by simply sending an e-mail to email@example.com advising Cardigan accordingly. We will honour any requests to remove your details from our database. Your security and privacy are our priority; and it is not our policy to disclose your e-mail address or any details to any third parties.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS Cardigan Limited endeavour to handle all enquries and fulfil all orders speedily, effectively and without incident, however, it is not possible to guarantee there will never be a problem. Should you have any complaints about our products or services, we request that these are put in writing and sent either by email or to Cardigan’s Studio/Shop at Unit 5 Arundel Mews, 13-18 Ardundel Place, Kemptown, Brighton, BN2 1GG. Any complaint received will be acknowledge withint 10 working days and you will be infrormed of a projected time scale for dealing with that complaint, together with the steps we intend to take in dealing with it.
PLACING AN ORDER TO PURCHASE All orders for good shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods in accordance with these terms and conditions. You the buyer, are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided and this also applies to any bespoke orders at the time of placing an order. Upon receipt of an order, we will advise you by e-mail of the availability of the item(s) ordered and the cost of shipping. You may cancel your order prior to despatch without any penalty should these costs be unacceptable or for any other reason. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation. All orders placed via the internet will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction, however, if we are unable to fulfil the order due to items being out of stock we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours and the transation may be cancelled or we will agree alternative arrangements with you.
PRICING PAYMENT All goods offered for sale through our website are priced in Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Cardigan is registered for UK VAT - VAT Registration Number: 864 7901 88 Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges. We accept payment using the following credit/debit cards Mastercard/Visa, Delta, Maestro and SOLO and cheques – all cheques must be cleared for goods before they can be despatched. Prices do not include postage and packaging which will be charged as an addtional cost at the time of placing an order with Cardigan. For all multipe orders and orders outside the UK please liaise with Cardigan staff when ordering to ensure that the correct rates for the UK and courier service applies.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY To order from overseas please contact Cardigan’s Customer Service on +44 01272 671 390 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a delivery quote and estimated delivery time. All orders are processed in British Pound Sterling (£). Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays.
RETURNS POLICY At Cardigan we pride ourselves upon your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the item (s) within 14 days for a full refund (does not incude your postage). This item(s) must not be worn and must have all the tags and pricing info attached. Except where goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. As we have a stringent quality process before the goods leave us, Cardigan reserves the right to refuse any refund if we suspect the goods have been worn or damaged. We strongly reccomend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Cardigan Limited at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty (your statutory rights will not be affected).
Law and Jurisdiction All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreeement for the purchase and sale of good act from our website shall be in English. The contract shall be deemed to made in England. All contracts made between Cardigan Limited and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
ALTERATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS , WAIVER & GOVERNING LAW Cardigan Limited reserve the tight to amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary. No delay or failure to take action under these Terms & Conditions shall constitute any waiver by Cardigan Limited of any provision of these Terms & Conditions. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is, to that extent, deemed enforceable to the fullest extent possible (and severable in the event such provision is completely unenforceable) and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any claim under these Terms & Conditions must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. These Terms & Conditions are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned or delegated to anyone. Any attempt by you to assign, transfer or delegate these Terms & Conditions shall be null and void. Cardigan Limited may freely assign these Terms & Conditions without consent or notice.
